Hello! I am going to write up on a few things, mostly it will be me just running my mouth, so if you dont want to hear about it I guess you should click that red x at the top of your screen! Alright…so here we go! First off let me start off by saying I am so busy it is insane. I have one project after another, honestly I have way to many on my plate right now and I can’t wait to finish up on a few of them soon. Starting in January I go back to College, and I will only be doing about 3 or 4 projects a month. I know my income will go down quite a bit, but it is just something that I will have to deal with right now because going to school will pay off in the long run.

MovieCatch.com Update

MovieCatch.com is coming along great, it is about 80% complete, I got the WP Skin installed now all I have to do is configure it which is going to be pretty tough to do! I want to make it a very sweet site, and greatly optimized for SEO. This project will be a money maker!

Google Adsense

So today I placed some Ads on a forum I am working on for a client. We worked out a deal where he would pay me $800.00 to repair and skin his forums, and then after that I would continue to keep everything up to date and manage the site for him each month. He offered me $500.00 a month to manage egverything, but I had to turn it down because I had a better idea. I told him if he would allow me to place Google Adsense on his forums that would be my payment each month rather than it coming out of his pocket. Well let me tell you something folks, this has worked out great…Adsense has only been on his forums for a total of about 5 hours now and it has ALREADY produced over $20.00! With a forum that has 50 - 70 new registrations per day I think I am going to get the better end of the deal. I told the owner and he didn’t even have a problem with it, thats the cool thing!

Dallas Cowboys 

Let me start off by apologizing to everyone! From now on I am going to post a blog entry after each Cowboy game on the same day right after the game! I promise I won’t wait 4 days anymore. Alright…let me start off by saying…WOW! The Cowboys are on a solid role and are playing great right now, for sure one of the hottest teams in the NFL the past three weeks. With the sensational Tony Romo at quarterback stopping this Dallas offense is going to be a really tough thing to do down the stretch in December. Tony Romo adds excitement and movement for the offense, something they were really lacking with Bledsoe under center. They really did play great on Thursday against the Bucs, I was impressed with the way our Defense played as well as our Offense, and Special Teams, everyone did a great job no doubt! This week is going to be a true test for the Cowboys, they are playing the Giants who beat us earlier on in the season. Hopefully Dallas can take this one on the road as I think this will determine the NFC East. Jeremy Shockey is already talking a lot of crap, so hopefully sometimes sticks their foot in his mouth come Sunday. Go Cowboys!

MovieCatch.com

I recently sold MovieCatch.com to someone I found on DP. Turns out it was a great buyer. Not only did he hire me to design and code his entire website and forums, he hired me on a monthly basis. It will be a steady solid income for a guaranteed 6+ months. Just enough to probably get me that new Tahoe that I have been wanting! MovieCatch.com will look very nice once it is completed. I will disclose more information about it on a later post!

vBulletin Work

I have been doing quite a bit of vBulletin work recently, I have finished coding about 5 skis these past two weeks. People have really been hammering me on MSN and what not trying to book me. I guess vBulletin is growing, I can’t complain. Always good to stay busy. On a downside once I get working on MovieCatch.com fll time I will have to cut the vBulletin work in half or so. Sorry!

Let me first start this topic off by saying I no longer own vBCore.com or am I associated with it in anyway. I sold it to someone named Wade located in Australia in November of 2005, and thats when everything started to go down hill. I am not putting it all on Wades shoulders, as I do believe he sold it to someone right after he acquired it, kind of like a flop. So all of the bad things you hear about me running that firm is false. It was not me, it was either Wade or the other person who purchased the site. True I might have had an unsatisfied customer or two at one point, but with doing work on over 200 vBulletin forums in two years, you can’t make everyone happy. Glad to get that off my shoulders.

Dallas Cowboys

Today the Dallas Cowboys took on the undefeated Indianapolis Colts at Texas Stadium in Irving. The first few possesions of the game were sloppy for both of the teams offense. I believe there was a total of three turnovers in 10 minutes, two coming from the Colts. The Dallas Cowboys defense came out playing great today. Not just one or two quarters, but all four including a big fourth quarter stop when it was fourth and two with three minutes left in the game. The Cowboys defense had Peyton Manning confused, putting pressure on him almost every play Manning didn’t look like his normal self. Now lets start the talk about my boy Tony Romo, another great game by this young stud. This has probably been one of the most exciting weeks for Romo as a Cowboys, first the whole Jessica Simpson situation, and now he gets his first start at Texas Stadium and defeats the Colts! True there might have a been a few missed opportunities and errors early in the game by Romo, but once he got adjusted to the Colts defense good luck stopping him. Romo went 9-9 when we needed it the most including a key 3rd and 9 completion to Terry Glenn with 2 minutes left to play. Overall today the Dallas Cowboys played great, keeping Manning on his toes at all time and putting pressure on him nearly every play is what played a large role in this game.

Very soon I am going to launch vBulletinSkinner.com! This is the ONLY vBulletin related website that Kolby Bothe currently works at. There are no others, whatever you hear is wrong. Bottom line. I am going to offer mainly custom vBulletin skins, and maybe have a few premade ones for sell, it all depends on whom I am going to try to target. Look for the site to fully launch in January of 2007.

This section is about me and my personal life right now, somewhere where I can just post and let it all out I guess. Do I care who reads this? Of course not. Me and my baby Amanda just broke up and things aren’t going well. We are both having a really hard time with everything that is going on and we both want to get back together there are just a few things that are getting in the way. Last week was pretty good, we went out to dinner and had a good time, and the next afternoon we hung out for a few good hours and had a lot of fun. I miss her and love her, shes knows that and I know she feels the same way. I know for a fact that we are going to get back together, we just both need to get our lifes in order. Mostly me though.
